Vendors must first apply and be approved before reserving dates on our scheduling calendar.

What You Should Know
We want every food truck visit to be a great experience for both our vendors and our customers. Please review the guidelines below before submitting your application.
Products & Sales
• Pizza vendors are not permitted.

Food truck vendors may not sell beverages of any kind.

Approved specialty drink vendors may sell only the beverages authorized in their approval.

Cleanliness & Conduct

Keep your space clean.

Remove all trash before leaving.

No grease or wastewater may be left on site.
